TWB, the Book Review programme, is a captivating journey into the world of literature and inspiration. For over two years, it has been a beacon, fostering a love for reading and writing within our society.
Expectation from parents
1.
Encourage reading and writing in our society.
2.
Celebrate adult and children authors, faith-based and motivational authors, as well as general development authors.
3.
Promote various careers and stakeholders (Editors, Illustrators, and Book Distributors etc.) within the publishing industry
4.
Promote the aforementioned through book-related events (Book Club Activities, Fairs, Seminars, Conferences, Symposiums, etc.)
TWB Book Club
Become part of our TWB Book Club community, a hub for readers and writers eager to make a difference through books. With various activities and interactions, our book club is dedicated to fostering a love for reading and writing
- Physical Meetings every last Saturday of the month
- Activities include book reading/listening, games, writing and reading lessons, and more
- TWB BOOK CLUB has these age categories; Kiddie Group: 5-15 years Young Adult Group: 16-19 years Matured Group: 20 years+
Kiddie Book and Craft Fair
Kiddie Book and Craft Fair is resound successful, and brings together children from diverse backgrounds for a day of creativity, learning, and entertainment.
- In partnership with Booksie, a pan-African children's bookshop and book club
- Attracted 50 children from different backgrounds
- Activities included a Jigsaw Puzzle Tournament, Arts and Crafts, and Storytime
Writers Workshop
Our Writers Workshop is designed to bring together both amateur and prolific writers to brainstorm and learn different ways to get their themes and messages out there through the art of writing and publishing. This workshop is a great opportunity to hone your writing skills and connect with fellow writers. Don't miss it!
